When you call the office, you’ll most likely be talking to me. I’ll make sure we get you the right appointment spot for your busy schedule. I’ll get your insurance information entered and confirmed before you get to our office so that we know what is covered and what is not.
I will call you before your appointment to let you know about your insurance coverage. I just need to know who provides your medical and vision coverage. Some medical plans outsource the vision plans so we need to know if there is separate coverage by a different company. Your human resources department will have that information for you.
